This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Puraini P.S.Case no.185/2018for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is of snatching of a bag from the informant. The petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on his name transpired on the confession of the co-accused and apart from that he is accused in nine other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case by the police.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has pointed out that the petitioner has been identified from the photographs by the informant. .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24487 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
