JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) 06-10-2017 There is apparent typographical error in the third paragraph of the order dated 22.09.2017 as in place of 20.09.2017, 20.10.2017 has been recorded.

There is another defect as in the last paragraph though whole appeal was dismissed on account of being time barred, however, it is recorded that only Interlocutory Application has been dismissed.

Accordingly, let the aforesaid order stands modified to the extent that in the third paragraph the date would be deemed as 20.09.2017 and the last paragraph would read as under :- "As a result, this appeal is dismissed being time barred". The order dated 22.09.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
