By filing the present application, the petitioner is seeking quashing of F.I.R. of Laheri P.S. Case No. 134 of 2012 dated 02.07.2012 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R., it appears that the specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. It also appears that the F.I.R. under challenge is of the year 2012 and the present quashing application has been filed in the year 2018 and today no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this application, this Court is left with no option, but to dismiss the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14177 of 2018(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 same for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
