1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ to the respondent authorities to remove the private respondent from the post of Panchayat Teacher, for his illegal appointment on the forged and fake certificate assuming even wrong name and date of birth, in the educational certificate.
And/or Further be pleased to give a direction for setting up as independent inquiry to probe into his illegal appointment as
Patna High Court CWJC No.6799 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 Panchayat teacher."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
