2. Supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 370 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

4. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47781 of 2024.

5. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the minor girl. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2023.

6. Three witnesses have been examined in the trial.

7. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, this application is dismissed.
