2. The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 12.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90962 of 2025 by this Court for extending the time for furnishing the bail bonds as mentioned in the order dated 12.02.2026.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this Court while granting bail had imposed a condition directing the petitioner to pay maintenance amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month to the informant/opposite party no. 2 from February 2026 onwards, and further directed that the maintenance for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30600 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 month of February 2026 shall be paid within one week from the date of pronouncement of the order, and thereafter regularly before the 10th day of every succeeding month.

4. It is further submitted that due to financial constraints, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds within the stipulated time. However, he has subsequently complied with the condition of payment and has already paid two months' maintenance amount to opposite party no. 2.

5. Having regard to the submissions made and the circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 12.02.2026 is modified to the limited extent that the time for furnishing bail bond is extended by four (4) weeks from today.

7. It is made clear that all other terms and conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 12.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90962 of 2025 shall remain unchanged.
