The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.188 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 379, 467, 468, 471 and 472 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that the entire allegations made in the FIR are false and fabricated. The petitioner is co-sharer in the alleged house. The informant has wrongly alleged that behind his back the petitioner entered into the house and is occupying the same.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest/surrender in the court below within six weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57609 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town P.S.
