ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, who are brother-in-law and sister-inlaw of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.256 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration the fact that these two petitioners are living separately and the death occurred after seven years of the marriage of the deceased lady, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
