Petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No.210 of 2019 (Special Case No.2815 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 411.75 litres liquor has been recovered from Danapur-Kachahari Ghat kept hidden beneath sand. It is alleged that the petitioner started running away on seeing the police party. Subsequently, he was arrested. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
