2. As per allegation, the Appellant has caused the death of the minor child with tengari.
3. Prior to the present Criminal Appeal for regular bail, the Appellant had already moved this Court twice vide Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 5015 of 2023 praying for anticipatory bail and Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 4024 of 2024 for regular bail. However, Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 5015 of 2023 dated05.07.2024 and Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 4024 of 2024 dated29.11.2024 were dismissed in view of the serious nature of the
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1544 of 2025(5) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 offence and material on record.
4. The Appellant has moved this Court again after about eight months but pleads no fresh ground for enlarging the Appellant on bail, except the increase in the length of custody of the Appellant who is in jail since 18.07.2024, i.e about one year.
5. Considering the nature of the allegation and length of custody, I am not persuaded to enlarge the Appellant on bail.
