The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the confessional statement of co-accused and there is no material in the case diary against the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34473 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
