JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-05-2016 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the writ application. The petitioner retired from the post Assistant, on 31.01.2011, from the office of Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Corporation'). He has raised a grievance that he has not paid his Provident Fund amount nor he is getting his pension.
Counsel for the E.P.F. submits that the petitioner has
Patna High Court CWJC No.5737 of 2014 dt.19-05-2016 2/2 not filled up Form 10D and 19, which is necessary for payment of Provident fund and for pension.
In the light of the submissions of the learned counsel for the E.P.F., the writ application is disposed of with the following directions:
The petitioner would submit duly filled up Form 10D and 19 for availing the benefit of Provident fund and pension to District Manager, State Food Corporation, Katihar. After due scrutiny the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Katihar would forward the same to the Assistant Commissioner, E.P.F., Bhagalpur or the competent authority for processing his application for payment of provident fund and pension.
It is expected that the entire exercise should be completed within a period of three months from the date of submission of his papers. For payment of other retiral benefits, the petitioner would file a detailed representation along with the supporting documents to District Manager, State Food Corporation, Katihar.
The writ application stands disposed of.
