Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Special Case No. 71 of 2023 arising out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8/10 of the POCSO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 70 of 2023 arising out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
