JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For setting aside the order dt.1102-2014 vide memo no. 1117 issued by the Chairman Pricing Committee, Bihar State Housing Board, who without considering the facts and averment of petition, passed the order one sided not an independent body in a cryptic manner.

ii For setting aside consequential letter dated 4.11.03 nо. 198/89-4/98 issued by Bihar State Housing Board in 200th meeting that at the time of transfer of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5391 of 2014(6) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 flat the allottee will pay 50% of amount as dividend, which will be difference of final calculation and he deposited money earlier. It has brought in the notice first time during the pendency of case before Pricing Committee."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
