JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The accusation is of getting the investment made in a non-banking company and subsequently misappropriating the amount.

Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
