The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbersa P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2910 of 2020 and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.07.2019. Moreover, no progress in the trial has taken effect and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future, which is evident from the report received from the 1st Additional
