12-02-2018 Heard Sri Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, who are lady apprehending their arrest in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are gotiya of informant side. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and no allegation of overt act against either of the petitioners. He further submits that serious allegation was made against male members of the petitioners'

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6976 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 side, who were earlier arrested and subsequently, they were granted bail.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact. Considering the fact that petitioners are lady and there is no specific accusation against them, there is no reason to deny the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let aforesaid three petitioners namely 1. Renu Devi, 2. Usha Devi and 3. Rakhi Kumari be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
