Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81339 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within eight weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender as he is a proprietor of Basant Rice ills and his business of Rice was adversely affected during Corona pandemic and lockdown and he was suffering from COVID-19.
