By order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33738 of 2017 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail with observation to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks.

However, submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that they could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time as there was flood in that area. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in such view, this modification petition is allowed. Further four weeks' time from receipt of order, is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and other conditions will remain intact.
