Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 3 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the abandoned motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not the owner of the motorcycle in question.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on
