The petitioner seeks restoration of Cr.Misc. No.12102 of 2015, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order passed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, Cr.Misc. No.12102 of 2015 is restored to its original file. The petitioner, however, shall ensure compliance of the earlier order passed in Cr.Misc. No.12102 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from today.
