1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order by which cognizance has been taken and he has instruction to make submission that till date charges have not been framed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to entertain this application and, as such, is dismissed.

4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge if charges have not been framed till date.
