This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.15276 of 2012 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 14.02.2014.

On being satisfied with the averments made in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioners, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.15276 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioners in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
