23-09-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Katara P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 225, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this court to the very First Information Report which shows that the dispute arose with regard to play game on mobile and some altercation took place. It is stated that these two petitioners alleged to have been responsible for ensuring the apprehended persons to escape.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four

No.41737 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Ram Shresth Singh and Amrendra Singh @ Awalendra Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sukum Kumar Manjhi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katara P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
