The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act and 3/4 Mahua Flower Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that on perusal of seizure list, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that it would appear from the supplementary affidavit that the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle in question.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.24728 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S.
