The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., both petitioners are alleged to have assaulted informant and his son.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to petty dispute, a simple Maarpit took place between informant and petitioners. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. The petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
