JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case the petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 129/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 376, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made against the petitioner that the complainant was duped by the petitioner, who on the assurance of marriage established physical relation with the complainant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45936 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
