Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from three persons including the petitioner, which is much less than the commercial quantity. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 22.01.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
