JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent authorities for making payment of arrear of salary as work charge employees to the petitioners from 01.06.2002 to 29.11.2006 i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22104 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 from date of their reversion to daily wage employees till the date of their regularisation/ absorption in the Regular Establishment as the petitioners are entitled for the same in view of order dated 16.05.2013 passed in the case of similarly situated persons like the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 7211 of 2013 and other analogous cases, whereby direction has been issued for payment of arrears of salary from 01.06.2002 (the date of reversion) till 30.11.06 (the date of regularisation/ absorption)."

No body has bothered to appear for the petitioners, hence it appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the present case, nonetheless, in the interest of justice, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
