Petitioner seeks bail in Tarari P.S. Case No.32 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 62.400 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from joint house of the petitioner. It is further alleged that some unknown persons surrounded the police party and tried to release the petitioner from police custody in course of which some police personnel received injuries. Case No.32 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
