The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For direction to the Respondent authorities to constitute Medical Board for medically re-examination of the petitioner and after having found fit, the petitioner accordingly be recruited/enrolled again as MR. (CHEF) in the Indian Navy.

(II) For direction to the Respondent authorities to pay the exemplary compensation for their arbitrary actions against the petitioner."
