The petitioner has moved the Court for following reliefs:- "(i) That the pension, gratuity and leave encashment amount of the petitioner alongwith arrears may be re-determined in the light of Annexure-1 and be paid to the petitioner after giving him promotion. (ii) That the entire arrear of the petitioner may be paid with interest on market rate.

(iii) That any other relief or reliefs may be allowed which may be just proper and equitable in the opinion of this Hon'ble Court"

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though payments have been made but the authorities have considered his promotion only till the level of Assistant SubInspector whereas he should have been promoted to the level of Sub-Inspector. However, he submitted that he may be permitted to raise all such grievances by filing detailed representation before the Competent Authority.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority and file a detailed representation for such grievance and any remaining grievances. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today the authority concerned shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within six weeks of filing of the representation. The concerned authority shall also pay all the admissible dues, in terms of the order, within four weeks from passing of the order.
