JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 24-03-2017 From the materials available on record, particularly, the observations made by this Court and the counter affidavit filed by the respondent no. 5 on 07.04.2015, it is clear that steps for establishment of the Tribunal has been made available at Niyojan Bhawan and an area of 46218.5 Sq. ft. has been allotted for functioning of the Patna Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal and the functioning of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1907 of 2015 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 the Tribunal has now been shifted and commenced in the building in question.
That being so, for the present no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case the petitioner feels that certain more infrastructural facility and other facilities are required to be established in the building, the petitioner may take up the issue with the Hon'ble Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal at the Principal Seat in New Delhi and we are of the considered opinion that the Hon'ble Chairman shall look into the matter and issue necessary instructions in this regard.
With regard to any fund allocated for the said purpose and it is in the custody of any Bank lying in deposits there, the concerned ministry shall issue necessary instructions for release of the fund to be utilized for the purpose of infrastructural development and other activities pertaining to the Bench of the Tribunal in question.
