JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State. The application seeks modification in the order dated 15.10.2015 by extending the time enabling the petitioners to reap the benefit of the order. It is stated that under the said order, they were required to surrender within four weeks which expired on 13.11.2015 when the court below was closed on account of festival.

Considering the above, the application is allowed. The time granted under order dated 15.10.2015 to surrender the petitioners in the court below and furnish bail bonds is extended to 1st of February, 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55978 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 of 2015 which relates to Kargahar (Siddi) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Sasaram Rohtas, is modified/clarified to the extent indicated above.
