Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 575 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is incarcerated since 11.10.2022 and except this case, he has also been made accused in three more cases. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27057 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Considering the criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
