2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for quashing the order dated 10.01.2026 vide memo no. 71, passed by the of the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Saharsa whereby the prayer of the petitioner not to realize the settlement amount of Simri-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7333 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 Bakhtiyarpur fish seed farm from him for the period 01.01.2026 and onwards as he holds exclusive right, title and interest over there, was rejected.

(ii) for direction to the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Saharsa not to put any hindrance in the petitioner's enjoyment of Simri-Bakhtiyarpur fish seed farm for the period 01.01.2026 and onwards as he holds exclusive right, title and interest over there."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Title Suit No. 186 of 2026 is pending before competent court.

4. Allowing the petitioner to contest and raise all the points which form the writ petition before the competent Civil Court, the writ petition is disposed of.
