This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 324, 307, 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Four unknown person abducted the informant. The petitioner is the son of the informant. Wife of the informant had suspicion that the petitioner was also involved in abduction. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant has entered into a compromise with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Bhagalpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
