Petitioner are apprehending arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 746 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per statement in para-3 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case on account of dispute over lifting the paddy. Learned counsel with reference to Annexure-3 series submits that the injuries found on the persons are simple in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13689 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 nature and as such Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is not attracted in this case.

Considering the totality of facts situation, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 746 of 2017,G.R. No. 2781 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
