This modification application is filed seeking correction in the station of the respondent No.2, District Magistrate and respondent No.3, the Superintendent of Police which reads Rohtas at Sasaram when the correct position is that the matter relates to the District of Kaimur with Headquarters at Bhabhua.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits to the
Patna High Court MJC No.1442 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 typographical error occurring in the writ petition and which has led to the error which is also occurring in the memo of parties present in our order dated 05.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3711 of 2019.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the prayer made, we allow learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the station of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the writ petition during the course of the day to read as 'Kaimur at Bhabhua' and accordingly we also modify our order dated 05.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3711 of 2019 in so far as the station of respondent Nos.2 and 3 is concerned which shall read as follows and shall be deemed to be pronounced as such: "2.The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
3.The Superintendent of Police, Kaimuar at Bhabhua."
The modification application is allowed to the extent above.
