1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to absorb the petitioners on suitable posts in permanent service under the Respondent State as the petitioners are Ex-Instructor of Non-Formal Education on several grounds including that the State Government has decided to absorb the Non Formal Educational Supervisors in permanent service and services of several similarly situated persons / non formal Ex - Instructors have been absorbed in the light of several Judicial pronouncements of this Hon'ble Court as well as Hon'ble Court."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11529 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 3/3 respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
