2. Petitioner has unnecessarily impleaded government officials as parties to the present petition namely respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Petitioner seeks permission to delete their names.

3. Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to delete the names of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 during the course of the day.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"i. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions or orders/order especially in the nature of Mandamus for taking appropriate decision looking to the financial conditions of the deceased family for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds, without any inordinate delay.

ii. For further kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to look into the matter and the concerned respondents may be directed to produce all connected records for perusal for passing an appropriate order. iii. For any other relief/reliefs, which the Hon'ble Court may grant in general interest, that may be deemed appropriate and necessary in this case."

5. Petitioner's father died on 12.08.2018 while working with the Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited. The petitioner submitted application on 14.02.2019 seeking compassionate appointment and it is pending consideration in the office of the Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited. Therefore, respondent No. 4 - The Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's application read with the policy of the Corporation
