2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondent-Authorities for implementation of order dated 12.11.2018 passed by the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hajipur, in Pre-emption Case No. 03 of 2018-19.

3. It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the State that in terms of judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 13.10.2023 passed in the case of Sudhakar Jha vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. bearing C.W.J.C. No. 15060 of 2019,
