The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction commanding the Respondents to pay and release the arrears of salary for the period from 08.03.2003 to 31.10.2007 in pursuant to Apex Court's judgment /direction, which has been arbitrarily and unlawfully withheld by keeping the petitioner, away from duties and deprived of getting payment of regular salary without any fault on the part of

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
