JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. A writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate/ order direction for quashing the order dated 28.03.2021 passed in Misc.

(Anganbari) Revision No. 47/2020-21 by the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur whereby and whereunder the Revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed and the order dated 08.01.2021 passed by the District Program Officer, Bhagalpur was upheld.

ii. A writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate / order direction for quashing the order passed by District Program Officer, Bhagalpur as contained in Memo No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7243 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 Misc. (Anganbad) Case No. 32/ 192020 dated 08.01.2021 whereby the petitioner was dismissed from immediate effect.

iii. A writ in the nature of Mandamus be issued, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as "Anganwadi Sevika"

for the Anganwadi Centre No. 230, Bichla Tola Khawashpur, Centre Khawaspur), Block- Pirpainti."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
