2. The present criminal writ application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 05.07.2023 in connection with Itadhi P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 120(B), 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

3. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Neeharika Infrastructure (P) Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra, (2020) 10 SCC 118 is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. dated 05.07.2023.

4. Accordingly, the present criminal writ application stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
