JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant Third Assured Carrier Progression (A.C.P.)/M.A.C.P. to the petitioner who is entitled since 12.02.2010. (b). The Respondents further be directed to pay the entire arrears of difference of salary and consequential benefits from the date of his A.C.P./M.A.C.P.
(c). To grant such other relief / reliefs for which
Patna High Court CWJC No.18835 of 2015(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 the petitioner is entitled to as well as interest / penal interest and litigation cost."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to approach the District Magistrate, Naladna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Nalanda, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
