Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(g) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Sixty liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2019. They have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23750 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 3096 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur Police Station Case No. 59 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
