1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ of Mandamus to the respondents to the following effect:

i. To return to the petitioner the original Matriculation certificate, admit card and other credentials issued by the Bihar School Examination Board in order to enable the petitioner to get the date of birth rectified.

ii. Or in the alternative direct the same to be done at the level of the Directorate, Animal Husbandry, Bihar at Patna."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director,

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
