ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is a married sister-in-law residing at a different place, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.141 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and the petitioner has nothing to do with the affairs of her brother and his wife (the deceased). It is further submitted that only on suspicion, she has also been named along with other family members.

No.16373 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is a married Nanad, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Gupta, learned Sub-Judge III-Cum-ACJM-III, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.141 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
