JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of notice cum letter No.3048 dated 28.11.2013 issued by the District Manager, State Food Corporation, Rohtas (Annexure-3) whereby the petitioner has been asked to show cause as to why action be not taken for violation of agreement entered between the petitioner and State Food Corporation, Rohtas.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, a certificate case has been initiated for recovery of the dues in question.
3. In the above view of the matter, as prayed, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed as such with liberty to file a fresh writ petition against the aforesaid certificate proceeding, if so advised.
